This blog has been stagnant for quite a while, hasn't it?
Well, dear readers, if any of you is still reading this, I am sorry to say that
stating now this webpage will go on an indefinite hiatus. Due to uncalled for
circumstances, I'm gonna have to close down this site. I have no regrets in
doing so, though, for it has served its purpose. Very well, if I might say so.
After keeping this blog for nearly two years, my experience has taught me a
few valuable lessons. One, some things are better left unsaid. And two,
sometimes, no matter what you do, or what care you take, there will always
be people who'd stick their nose in your business (intentionally or not)
WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE SITUATION and trying to ruin everything
you've so carefully kept under control, and in effect become a threat to your
life and (possibly) somebody else's. Life's like that, I guess: somebody's
always trying to get the best of you, and you're always trying to save your
neck. Phew.
No, I'm not angry. Just alarmed. This is just damage control.
Anyway, thank you to all who have read or simply dropped by my blog. It's
been great. To Lexa, Ella, and France, thanks for all the comments. I'll still
visit your blogs to see how you're doing, and probably keep you posted
about my existence. :-P
Arigato gozaimashita, minna! ^_^

ANYWAY
People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies;
Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you;
Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight;
Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow;
Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough;
Give the world the best you’ve got anyway.
You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God;
It never was between you and them anyway.
